Naomi Rovnick

Naomi Rovnick is an experienced financial journalist currently serving as a Markets Correspondent at Thomson Reuters since December 2022, specializing in cross-asset market insights. Prior to this, Naomi held various roles at the Financial Times, including Markets Reporter and Live News Reporter since June 2017, and Acting Digital and Communities Editor for FT Money from October 2015 to January 2017. With a background in rapid news writing for fastFT and experience as an Asia Correspondent for Quartz, Naomi has also contributed to prestigious publications like the New York Times and South China Morning Post. Naomi's early career includes positions at South China Morning Post as a Senior Writer and various roles in UK-based newspapers. Naomi holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Nottingham, a PGCE from the University of Cambridge, and has pursued further studies in Mandarin at National Taiwan Normal University.
