Stephen Foley

Stephen Foley is a seasoned journalism professional with extensive experience in finance and business reporting. Currently serving as the US Accounting Editor at the Financial Times since September 2022, Foley has previously held notable positions including Business Editor at Nikkei Asia and a range of roles at the Financial Times from September 2012 to July 2021, such as Deputy US News Editor, US Investment Correspondent, and Markets Correspondent. Prior to that, Foley was with The Independent from November 1999 to August 2012, where contributions included Associate Business Editor, North American Business Correspondent, and Markets and Business Reporter.
