Ryan Junge has had a diverse career in the professional sports and customer service industries. In 2007, they began their career as a Professional Soccer player for the Columbus Crew, where they built professional relationships with sponsors and maintained a professional relationship with fans. In 2010, they became a Professional Indoor Soccer player for the Omaha Vipers of the MISL, where they maintained positive relationships with local clubs, ran training sessions for local clubs, and built professional relationships with local news, radio, and newspaper personnel. In 2013, they transitioned to a Customer Care Agent for Yahoo, where they provided password recovery and security support for Yahoo customers, resolved complex customer phone and email inquiries, and quickly crossed trained on several properties to assist all types of customers. In 2015, they became an Account Executive for Infogroup. In 2018, they transitioned to a District Support Specialist for Kiewit, where they provided support for the field to make sure that all the hours and pay additions have been entered for all employees on payroll as well as Legacy Projects, and looked for ways to improve the system and processes to better support and accommodate the field in their day to day functions. Currently, they are an Integration & Support Analyst for Financial Transmission Network, Inc. (FTNI).

Ryan Junge attended Hastings College from 2003 to 2004 and then Creighton University from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor degree in Advertising/Journalism. Ryan also obtained a certification in Developing Your Emotional Intelligence from LinkedIn in October 2020.
