Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at the Financial Women's Association, composed of the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer, the President Elect 2023-2025, and the President, is responsible for setting strategic direction, overseeing organizational operations, and driving initiatives that support the development of future leaders and the advancement of women in the financial industry. They also focus on community engagement and fostering a collaborative environment across the association’s activities.
