Anna Fahlén

Anna Fahlén has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Anna began their career as an Intern at Regeringskansliet, Finansdepartementet in 2005. Anna then worked as a Junior Macroeconomic Analyst at the same organization before joining SCB, Statistiska centralbyrån as a Product Manager in 2006.

After that, Anna joined Konjunkturinstitutet as a Public Finance Analyst in 2009 and worked in the same position until 2012. Anna then returned to Regeringskansliet, Finansdepartementet as a Tax Policy Analyst from 2012 to 2014.

From 2014 to 2016, Anna worked as a Public Finance Analyst at Konjunkturinstitutet again. Anna then joined SCB, Statistiska centralbyrån as a Quality Auditor in 2017 before transitioning to roles such as Agile Product Owner - Regulatory Reporting and Head of Financial Market Statistics & Regulatory Reporting. Anna also worked as an Agile Coach at the same organization before joining Finansinspektionen as the Deputy Director - Data & Operational Development in 2022.

Anna Fahlén completed their education at Lund University from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a degree in Politices Magister with a field of study in Nationalekonomi. Prior to that, they attended Göteborg högre samskola from 1998 to 2001, pursuing a Samhällsvetenskapligt program. Anna Fahlén has also obtained several certifications, including Certified Agile Leadership Essentials and Certified Agile Leadership for Organizations from Scrum Alliance in June 2021, as well as Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance in May 2017.
