Rafael Madureira

Rafael Madureira has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Rafael began their career at Lopes Consultoria de Imóveis as a Software Development Consultant in April 2011. Rafael then moved on to Vinhasoft Sistemas where they served as Head of Product Development from November 2011 to November 2012. Following this, they joined Expertia Tecnologia as Head of Product Development in November 2012 and continued in this role until January 2017.

In 2017, Rafael joined Banco Santander as a Software Development Consultant from January to September, and then transitioned to Anheuser-Busch InBev as an Angular / QlinkSense Consultant from July 2018 to February 2019. During their time at AB-Inbev, they also worked on Xamarin / Mobile Native development projects from September 2017 to February 2019.

In 2019, Rafael had two positions simultaneously. Rafael worked as a Senior Consultant at Fast Shop S/A from June to November and as a Senior Software Developer at WPS Parking Solutions from January to June.

From 2020 to 2021, they joined Vivalisto and held the roles of Scrum Master from January 2020 to February 2021, and Head of Product Development from February 2020 to March 2021.

In 2019, Rafael joined Smartfylabs as an IT Project Manager from December 2019 to December 2021, and later took on the role of Squad Lead from March to December 2021.

Their most recent work experience is at Finansystech, where they currently serve as a Product Development Manager since September 2021. Additionally, they have also held the positions of Tech Lead from January to December 2022, and currently as a Team Manager starting from December 2022.

Overall, Rafael has gained extensive experience in various roles including team management, tech leadership, product development, project management, and software development across multiple industries.

Rafael Madureira completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Centro Universitário de Jaguariúna - UniFAJ, from 2004 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications including CMM level 3 from Stefanini, Team Building from Stefanini, Risk Management BS 7799-3:2006 Guide for Information Security Management Risk from BSI Learning, Interpretation of ISO/IEC 27001:2005 and ISO/IEC 27002:2005 Requirements from BSI Learning, Network Technology from Lan University, and Process Training in various areas such as tests and operational models, project monitoring, quality assurance, continuous improvement, configuration management, and training from Stefanini. Rafael has also attended a workshop on Abap SAP conducted by Abilitá Tecnologia.
