Tawana Skipper

Tawana Skipper is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, talent management, and workforce development. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director of Talent Management at Finanta since June 2021, Tawana designs and manages services aimed at enhancing onboarding, leadership development, retention, and performance management.
