Martijn Bakker is the co-founder and director of Finanxe & Talent since 2013. In 2021, they joined The Elevens as a member. Martijn also holds multiple shareholder positions in various companies, including Miles HR, xWomen, Yobbers, Xstate, Swung, PLAY_GRND, Back Office Services, and scorelit, starting in 2021 and continuing till the present.
Martijn Bakker began their education in 1992 at csg dingstede, where they studied without pursuing a specific degree or field of study. Martijn then attended Windesheim from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Bedrijfskunde. In 2010, Martijn furthered their education by attending De Baak, where they completed the Young Executive Programme in Management through the Masterclass.
