Laerte Gama

Laerte Gama's work experience begins with their current role as the Head of People and Culture at FinanZero, where they have created and managed all people and management actions for the company. Laerte has achieved key accomplishments such as designing the company's culture and developing various tools and frameworks.

Prior to this, Laerte served as a Partner at OC2 Comercio e Serviços starting from 2015.

From 2012 to 2020, they worked at GP Investments as an HR Coordinator, where they were responsible for HR strategy and management in multiple locations. Laerte achieved significant results such as implementing various programs, reducing healthcare claims, and conducting organizational culture change.

Before that, Laerte worked as a Senior Analyst at Alupar from 2010 to 2012, where they were responsible for the personal department and achieved accomplishments such as restructuring the Positions and Salary Plan.

Laerte began their career in 2001 as an Encarregado de Departamento Pessoal at Lacar Servicos Terceirizados and held various positions such as Personnel Adm Analyst at Senac and Diageo, and HR Analyst at H-Buster.

Laerte Gama obtained a degree in Human Resources from the Universidade Cidade de São Paulo from 2006 to 2007. Later, from 2014 to 2015, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic and Economic Management of Human Resources from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
