Andrea Stephens has extensive experience in global services operations and customer support management. Currently serving as Director of Programs for Global Services Operations at Finastra since September 2016, Andrea focuses on enhancing process, policy, knowledge enablement, and governance within the Global Professional Services function. Prior roles include Knowledge Management and Head of Customer Support Project Management Office at Misys, where Andrea implemented knowledge base solutions to optimize customer support. Experience also includes serving as Customer Services Global Lead for Midas at Misys Banking Systems and as Customer Services Manager and Technical Support Consultant at Sage. Andrea's educational background includes attendance at Newlands Girls School from 1982 to 1988.
