Daniel Cojocaru

Daniel Cojocaru serves as a Learning Design Specialist at Finastra, focusing on the design and implementation of employee development programs, utilizing ADDIE principles for needs assessment and program development. Previously, Daniel held roles as a Digital Learning Designer at BearingPoint, where e-learning content was created using Articulate 360, and as Lead Instructional Designer for Azure Cloud Identity at Microsoft, guiding subject matter experts in training asset development. Additional experience includes positions at Microsoft that involved course development and operational improvements, a Training Coordinator role at Hewlett Packard Enterprise focusing on virtual training organization, and a Regional Coordinator position at EDUCATIVA, where a network of teachers was managed.
