Donna Harewood is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in customer advocacy and integrated marketing strategies. Currently serving as the Global Customer Advocacy Lead at Finastra since November 2019, Donna focuses on developing customer advocacy initiatives and integrated marketing campaigns to enhance sales within the Retail Banking sector. Prior to Finastra, Donna spent 16 years at CIBC as Senior Manager of Marketing Communications, where responsibilities included leading strategic marketing initiatives for Personal Banking products. Previous roles include Marketing Officer at G4S, Assistant Marketing Manager at Caribbean Broadcasting Corporation, and Consulting Assistant at KPMG. Donna holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Wales and a Bachelor of Science in Management Studies from The University of the West Indies.
