Rucha Auti has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Starting in 2014, they worked as a Senior Engineer at Endurance Technologies Pvt. Ltd., where they excelled at part modeling, assembly, and drafting using Unigraphics software.

In 2017, Rucha joined FinBox as a Business Analyst. Here, they played a crucial role in spearheading programs to acquire key certifications and licenses, such as ISO, SAR, Specified User, and Safe-to-Host. These certifications enabled FinBox to onboard large enterprise customers in the financial services sector. Additionally, they led the procurement and implementation of Jira for project management and compliance purposes. Their tenure at FinBox as a Project Manager began in November 2018 and is ongoing.

Rucha Auti obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from M.G.M's Jawaharlal Nehru College of Engineering, which they attended from 2008 to 2012.
