Shamolie Oberoi

Shamolie Oberoi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Shamolie is currently working at FinBox as the Content Lead, a role they have held since February 2023. Prior to this, Shamolie worked as a Content Marketing Specialist at FinBox from May 2021 to February 2023.

Before joining FinBox, Shamolie worked at Pink Lemonade Communications Pvt Ltd. as a Team Lead from January 2020 to May 2021. Shamolie also worked as a Copywriter at Pink Lemonade Communications Pvt Ltd. from January 2018 to January 2020.

Shamolie's professional journey started at Homegrown, where they worked as a Freelance Writer from November 2017 to June 2018. Shamolie then moved on to work as a Social Media Coordinator at SNEHA (Society for Nutrition, Education and Health Action) from April 2017 to October 2017.

Prior to their roles at Homegrown and SNEHA, Shamolie worked as a Writer at Unboxed Writers from May 2015 to October 2017 and at Feminism In India from June 2015 to March 2017.

Shamolie gained early experience in their career through internships at iProbono (Communications Intern, April 2016), PRS Legislative Research (Intern, January 2015 to February 2015), and United News of India (Intern, September 2014 to December 2014).

Shamolie Oberoi completed their Master's degree in Women's Studies from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences in Hyderabad, from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Political Science from St. Xavier's College in Kolkata, from 2011 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Shamolie obtained a certification in Speaking Effectively from Harappa Education in August 2020.
