Giorgi Beridze

Giorgi Beridze is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Global Service Desk Manager at FINCA Impact Finance since September 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing IT service delivery across a network of microfinance institutions. In addition to this role, Giorgi has worked as a Trainer at IT Knowledge since March 2011, specializing in ITIL v3 Foundation Trainings, and has a background as a Service Delivery Specialist at BP/Prosource.it/Airswift from January 2014 to December 2018, addressing major project service issues. Previous positions include Head of IT Consulting Services at UGT, where strategic consulting projects were managed, and various roles at TBC Bank, including Head of IT Operations and IT Project Manager, where service delivery and IT operations were optimized. Giorgi has also contributed to education as a Lecturer at Caucasus University and has a Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology from Ecole des Mines d'Alès.
