Kamran Mustafa Siddiqui

Kamran Mustafa Siddiqui has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Kamran Mustafa is currently the Global Human Resources Director at FINCA Impact Finance, a position they started in 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Group Head HR, Training & OD at FINCA Microfinance Bank Ltd, Pakistan from 2022 to 2023.

Before joining FINCA, Kamran worked at A.I. MIR as a Senior Partner from 2019 to 2022, where they led design, development, and client service in areas including HR Strategy, Leadership, Talent & Outsourcing.

From 2018 to 2019, they served as the Group Chief Human Resource Officer at The IBL Group, articulating the human capital and leadership needs of seven unique businesses, and creating an HR structure to provide central expertise and advisory services.

Before that, Kamran was the Director of Human Resources - Services, Talent Acquisition & Digitization at K-Electric from 2016 to 2017, leading the transformation of the company's HR function.

Kamran Mustafa also held leadership positions at Burj Bank Limited as EVP/Group Head Human Resource from 2013 to 2015, MCB Bank Limited as SVP/Divisional Head Organization Development, Training & Talent Management from 2008 to 2013, and United Bank Limited in various HR roles from 2004 to 2008.

Kamran started their career at TPS Pakistan Pvt Ltd as Manager HR & Admin from 2003 to 2004 and gained early professional experience at Unilever as an Assistant Manager in HR from 2000 to 2002.

Kamran Mustafa Siddiqui completed their Bachelor's of Business Administration (Honors) from the Institute of Business Management, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General. Kamran Mustafa attended this institution from 1996 to 2000. In addition, they also pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree from Karachi University, attending from 1996 to 1998. Kamran Mustafa Siddiqui has also obtained certifications in their professional career, including the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, obtained in July 2020, and the Certified behavior assessor (DISC Methodology) from Thomas International.
