Dan Klug

Dan Klug has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Dan started their career as a Real Estate Professional at Boardwalk Properties in 2008 and worked there until 2012. In 2012, they joined Yext as a Sales Associate for a few months. Dan then moved on to Trustpilot, where they joined as the 3rd hire in the USA and eventually became the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition. During their tenure at Trustpilot, they played a pivotal role in growing the US headcount to around 150 and the global headcount to approximately 700. In 2019, they joined Peakon, a Workday company, as the Head of Talent Acquisition, Global. Dan successfully expanded the US headcount to around 40 and the global headcount to approximately 250 before leaving as the Global Head of TA. Following this, they started their own consulting firm, Dan Klug Consulting, where they provided recruiting and HR consulting services from November 2021 to October 2022. Most recently, in November 2022, they joined Yieldstreet as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition.

Dan Klug attended Saint Michael's College from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Dan'sfield of study included Psychology, Business, and Music. In addition to their degree, they also received a Prosci Change Management Certification from Prosci in December 2014. Dan Klug also has a Predictive Index Certification, although the specific details such as the institution and the date obtained are unknown.
