The Operations & Management team at FINCA Uganda Limited (MDI) oversees the seamless integration and execution of daily operations across the company's 27 networked branches and Points of Service (POS) agencies nationwide. This team ensures the delivery of savings, loans, and money transfer services while driving innovation, managing procurement and administration, and supporting specialized programs such as the Refugees, Innovations, Self-reliance, and Empowerment (RISE) project. Their collective efforts are pivotal in maintaining operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and the company's mission of providing financially impactful services to low-income entrepreneurs and small business owners.
