Kathy Richmond

Kathy Richmond's work experience is as follows:

Kathy started their career at Infosat Communications in 1989 as a Sales Administrator. Kathy then worked as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator at Pathfinder Learning Systems from 1992 to 1996. From 1999 to 2005, they were an Inside Sales Representative at Chancery Software.

In 2005, Kathy joined Discovery Software as a Sales and Marketing Manager, where they worked until 2012. Kathy then became a Senior Account Manager at Desire2Learn from 2012 to 2013.

From 2013 to 2016, they worked at mindsetter North America Inc. as a Sales and Marketing Consultant. During this time, they provided various services including strategic sales planning, new business development, account management, CRM implementation/management, email marketing campaigns, and conference planning.

In 2016, Kathy joined CCI Learning as a Regional Account Manager, Canada West. In this role, they managed the business relationship between the company and its clients in Western Canada. Kathy focused on understanding and identifying factors that affect the adoption and utilization of learning technologies.

Since 2017, Kathy has been working at FINCAD as a Senior Sales Operations Specialist. In this position, they ensure efficient processing of sales opportunities, quotes, and complex orders. Kathy also serves as a Salesforce Admin, administering and supporting the company's Salesforce implementation. Currently, they are leading a project to move from Classic to Lightning, aiming to enhance sales productivity by simplifying processes, tools, and delivering enhanced analytics.

Kathy Richmond attended the British Columbia Institute of Technology from 2014 to 2016, where they studied Social Media and Online Marketing. Kathy did not obtain a degree during this time. Prior to this, Kathy attended Douglas College, specializing in Marketing and Business Management, although the specific years are unknown.

In terms of additional certifications, Kathy obtained the Microsoft Office Specialist Excel 2016 and PowerPoint 2016 certifications in December 2016 from Microsoft. Kathy also completed the Dale Carnegie Course, provided by Dale Carnegie Training, although the specific month and year of completion are unknown.
