Navdeep Panghal

Navdeep Panghal has extensive experience in the marketing field, having worked in various managerial positions in multiple companies. Navdeep started their career in 2008 at Future Capital Holdings as a Relationship Manager. In 2009, they joined The Muthoot Group as a Senior Manager in Marketing, where they worked until 2016. Navdeep then moved to Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited as a Regional Manager in Marketing for West India. In 2017, they joined Fincare Small Finance Bank as the General Manager of Marketing, and later progressed to roles such as Senior General Manager, Deputy Vice President, and currently holds the position of Vice President in Marketing and Strategic Partnerships at the company.

Navdeep Panghal completed a B.Sc (H) degree in Physics from Educational from 2002 to 2005. Afterward, they pursued an MBA degree in Marketing & Retail from Bharati Vidyapeeth from 2006 to 2008.
