Russell Stephenson

Russell (Russ) Stephenson has extensive experience in leadership and program management within both military and governmental sectors, currently serving as President and CEO of the B-52 Stratofortress Association since November 2020. With a career spanning over two decades at the US Treasury's Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), Russ has held various roles including Senior Regulatory Program Manager and Manager of the National Information Collection System, overseeing critical policy initiatives. Prior military positions include leadership roles in the U.S. Air Force and the National Security Agency, where Russ directed military personnel and managed electronic security operations. Russ holds a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
