Esterella Rutjes

Esterella Rutjes has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Esterella started their career in 2009 as a Freelance secretaresse at Van Oord B.V. In 2010, they worked as an Interim Directiesecretaresse at Aegon Levensverzekering N.V. and later as an Interim Directiesecretaresse to CEO at Blauwhoed Groep bv. Esterella then served as an Interim Management assistente at JBR Organisatie-adviseurs and as an Interim secretaresse at NautaDutilh. In 2011, Esterella became a Directiesecretaresse at Deerns. Esterella also worked at Bilfinger Industrial Services (Belgium/the Netherlands) as a PA to CFO from 2012 to 2018. In 2018, Esterella joined Leven Coaching & Counseling as a Coach & Counselor and FincoEnergies as a Personal Assistant. Esterella is currently working at FincoEnergies as the Head of People & Culture.

Esterella Rutjes has a diverse education history. Esterella obtained a B.Ec. degree in Management, Economie & Recht from Inholland University of Applied Sciences in 2004. In 2016, they completed their Master's Degree in Coaching from Coach College de Baak. Further, they specialized in Stress/Burn-out through the Master Counselor program at Coach College de Baak in 2017. Esterella also gained expertise in Lichaamsgericht werken from De Alchemist in 2017. Esterella received training as a Trainer in Mindfulness from See True in 2018 and as a Secure Base Coach from De School voor Transitie in the same year. In 2021, they furthered their knowledge in HRM by completing a course on Valkuilen in Arbeidsrecht at Avans Hogeschool.
