Oleg Golobrodsky is an accomplished entrepreneur and technology executive with significant experience in founding and leading innovative companies. As the Founder, Chairman, and President of FinCom since January 2017, Oleg has developed technology to ensure compliance with international economic, trade, and terrorist sanctions. Oleg co-founded TJAT Systems in July 2006, serving as EVP and Chairman, where the company has become a leader in mobile access solutions for communication applications. Additionally, Oleg co-founded Ecotech Recycling Ltd. in 2008 and held the position of Scientific Research Manager at Olista from September 2005 to July 2006. Oleg's earlier career includes roles as a Senior Algorithmist at Applied Materials Israel and Chief Scientist at ECTel. Oleg holds an M.Sc. and PhD in Systems Analysis and Optimal Solutions Theory from the State Aerospace University "KHAI" in Kharkov.
