Midian Tewelde

Midian Tewelde has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. In 2017, they worked as a Student Human Resources Manager at Stenden Hotel for a brief period. In the same year, they also served as a Host Coordinator and Promoter at Stenden. Moving to Scandic Hotels in 2018, Midian held positions as an Employer Branding/HR Trainee and later as an HR Specialist Recruiting. In 2020, they joined FinCompare - Smarter Business Finance as a Working Student People until 2022. Currently, Midian is working at FinCompare GmbH as a Recruiting Manager, starting in June 2023.

Midian Tewelde's education history begins in 2015 at NHL Stenden, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Hospitality Management. This program lasted until 2019. In 2017 to 2018, Tewelde attended Stenden University Qatar to earn an additional Bachelor of Arts degree in International Destination Branding. Recently, from 2020 to 2023, Tewelde studied at IU International University of Applied Sciences, earning a Master of Arts degree in International Human Resource Management.
