Pius Alfred

Pius Alfred has a range of work experience in the technology industry. Pius started as an Industrial Trainee at e-Government Authority (e-GA) in 2019. In 2020, they worked as a Software Engineer at Beanworth Company Limited, where they designed and implemented an internal payment gateway and created tools for system monitoring and debugging. Pius then joined Delivery Hero in 2022 as a Backend Engineer, contributing to the migration of microservices to a new infrastructure. In the same year, they also worked as a Software Engineer at NPK Technologies Ltd. In 2023, Pius Alfred joined FinCompare - Smarter Business Finance as a Backend Engineer.

Pius Alfred pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering and Information Technology from the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM) from 2016 to 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Pius obtained several certifications in April 2022 from LinkedIn. These certifications include "Applied Concurrency in Go," "Go Design Patterns," and "Secure Coding in Go."
