Ibifaa MacLayton

Ibifaa Maclayton has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2012 as an intern at the Rivers State House of Assembly, Ibifaa went on to work as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant at JFK Dreding Limited in 2013. In 2014, they took on the role of Media Planner at DAAR Communications Plc. From 2015 to 2017, Ibifaa held the position of Business Development Analyst at Rescue Technologies Limited.

In 2017, Ibifaa joined Interswitch Group, where they served as a Product Growth Lead for Communication and Lifestyle Services until 2019. During their time at Interswitch, they also held the positions of Regional Sales Account Manager and Partnerships & Business Development Manager. In these roles, Ibifaa managed relationships with financial service providers, facilitated nationwide strategies for digital payment providers, and led the development of new business and market expansion.

In 2021, Ibifaa joined MetaMap as an Enterprise/Mid-market Account Manager in Africa. They executed MetaMap's growth strategy, managed contract negotiations, and delivered product presentations to clients. In 2023, Ibifaa became the Head of Sales and Partnership at Fincra.

Throughout Ibifaa's career, they have demonstrated expertise in sales, partnerships, business development, and market penetration across various industries. They have also shown a proficiency in managing pre-sale and post-sales activities, driving revenue growth, and implementing marketing strategies.

Ibifaa Maclayton attended Federal Government Girls' College Abuloma from 2003 to 2009. Later, from 2010 to 2013, Ibifaa Maclayton pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Business management and computer studies at Wisconsin International University College.
