Julieanne Gonzales

Julieanne Gonzales has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Julieanne started their career as a Recruitment Assistant at Federal Land, Inc. in 2014. Julieanne then worked as a Recruitment Associate at Collabera/Nezda Technologies Inc., where they handled end-to-end technical and non-technical recruitment.

Julieanne then joined Kalibrr as a Recruitment Specialist, where they were responsible for leading the full recruitment process and implementing recruitment strategies. Julieanne also collaborated with internal teams to develop and distribute recruitment campaigns.

After that, Julieanne worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at PC.Game Recruitment, where they were responsible for end-to-end recruitment and tapping candidates across Europe and Southeast Asian countries.

Julieanne then joined ZEN Rooms as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, handling end-to-end recruitment for mid-level to executive roles. Julieanne also conceptualized projects to improve employer branding and recruitment processes.

Currently, Julieanne works at Finder as a Talent Specialist, engaging in end-to-end recruitment processes and assisting in talent acquisition funnel. Julieanne also generates employee-related paperwork and maintains employee data integrity.

Throughout their career, Julieanne has demonstrated strong skills in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, as well as implementing recruitment strategies and improving candidate experience.

From 2011 to 2015, Julieanne Gonzales attended the University of Santo Tomas, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Development.
