Carlos Mauricio Garcia Franco is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic planning, project management, and operational leadership. Currently serving as Senior Strategic Planner and Project Manager at Findeter SA since August 2022, Carlos is responsible for designing and implementing strategic plans to foster business growth and market inclusion. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder of TUPROP, Carlos developed the company’s strategic plan and launched innovative platforms. Carlos's tenure at Halliburton spanned nearly a decade, where roles included Operations and Quality Coordinator, focusing on operational efficiency and quality performance.
