Brent Matuschka

Brent Matuschka has extensive experience in strategic leadership and investment roles, currently serving as the Head of Strategy and Transactions at Findex since April 2024 and as a Non-Executive Director at Are Media Pty Ltd. and Mercury Capital Investments. Previous leadership positions include Chief Strategy Officer at MessageMedia and Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Development at Orion Health, alongside prior experience as an Associate in Equity Capital Markets at Goldman Sachs. Brent holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Auckland, completed in 2010.
