Harj Garcha currently serves as the Head of People Operations and Group HR Manager at Findex, a position held since January 2019. Previously, Harj accumulated extensive experience at Telstra over a span of nearly 20 years, occupying various roles including Remuneration & Incentives Lead in Global Remuneration & Benefits, Reporting & Engagement Lead in Business Intelligence, Finance Manager for Telstra Business Retail Finance, Senior Business Analyst in Business Operations, Commercial Manager for the Partner Channel, Business Analyst in Marketing, and Graduate Accountant/Reporting Analyst in the Commissions Channel. Harj holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Statistics and Finance from Monash University and is an IIBA Accredited Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) from 2008 to 2010.
