Nicole Haddad, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources professional with a focus on strategic partnership and advocacy in organizational settings. Currently serving as a Staff Human Resources Business Partner at findhelp since August 2022, Nicole previously held the position of Director, HR Advocate at Sparrow for a brief tenure. Prior roles include Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Business Partner at TriNet from November 2015 to January 2022, as well as Senior Benefits Account Advisor at Watkins Insurance Group. Nicole's career began at TriNet with responsibilities as a Senior Benefits Consultant and Human Resources Business Partner from February 2008 to June 2014. Nicole holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Legal Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
