Alison Steinbacher, MPH

Senior Customer Success Manager at findhelp

Alison Steinbacher, MPH, is an experienced professional with a diverse background in public health and customer success roles. Starting in 2015, they worked as a Patient Specialist at St. Luke's Health System, where they assisted with administrative tasks and maintained knowledge of local health resources. In 2016, they became the Employment Services Program Manager at Work Activity Center, overseeing a caseload of participants with special needs and managing a team of staff members.

In 2017, Alison held two internships: one as a Program Evaluation Graduate Student Intern at YMCA of Greater Seattle and another as a Policy Practicum Student at Cascade Bicycle Club. These experiences allowed their to gain valuable hands-on experience in program evaluation and policy work.

Continuing their passion for public health, they joined the City of Seattle as a Clean City Programs Graduate Intern in 2016. In this role, they analyzed data, created regulations and outreach strategies, conducted community surveys, and developed educational materials for sharps disposal.

Alison also has experience in the healthcare industry, working as an Outreach and Education Coordinator at Your Health Idaho from 2018 to 2020. Alison represented Idaho's health insurance exchange, coordinated customer service efforts, and created educational materials related to the marketplace.

In 2018, they co-founded the Idaho Harm Reduction Project, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting health and safety for drug users through evidence-based programming and harm reduction initiatives.

From 2020 to the present, Alison has served as the Assistant Director of Customer Operations and Engagement at Idaho Health Data Exchange. In this role, they developed customer success strategies, managed new customer-centric features, built relationships in Idaho's communities, and implemented strategic programs in collaboration with findhelp.

Most recently, Alison joined findhelp in 2022 as a Senior Customer Success Manager, where they continue to leverage their expertise in customer success and strategic communication to enhance relationships with customer organizations throughout the state.

Alison Steinbacher holds a Master's Degree in Public Health, which they obtained from the University of Washington between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from Northern Arizona University, which they completed from 2012 to 2015. In addition to their degrees, they have also acquired some additional certifications, including "Project Management Foundations: Integration" and "Project Management Foundations: Change" from Lynda.com in July 2018 and May 2018, respectively. Furthermore, they are certified by the ACRE (Association of Community Rehabilitation Educators), obtained from Griffin Hammis Associates, although the specific month and year of certification are not provided.
