Ron Hendrixson

Ron Hendrixson has a long and varied career in the fields of talent acquisition, executive recruiting, and business development. Ron began their career in 1984 at Boeing, where they held various roles as a Director of Advanced Technology, Program Manager, and Business Development Manager. In 1994, they joined Korn/Ferry International as a Principal, and then moved to Heidrick & Struggles in 1997 as a Partner. In 2000, they joined Internet Capital Group - eColony as Managing Director, and then Apple as Executive Talent Chief and Creator of the SWAT Team. In 2003, they founded RC Hendrixson and Associates as Chief Talent Officer and Owner. From 2007 to 2011, they were Co-Founder and General Manager of Walker Talent Group, LLC. From 2011 to 2013, they were VP Talent Acquisition - Turn Around at JCPenney. Finally, in 2022, they became Chief People Officer at FinditParts.

Ron Hendrixson completed a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from UC San Diego between 1979 and 1984. Ron then obtained an MBA in Management from Pepperdine University between 1988 and 1991. Ron also holds a US Coast Guard 100 Ton Yacht Captain certification.
