Andy Madigan

Andy Madigan has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Andy has worked at FindLaw, part of Thomson Reuters, where they held the positions of Director of Software Engineering and Sr. Delivery Manager. In these roles, they led teams and implemented cutting-edge technologies to enhance digital marketing for lawyers and improve access to justice.

Prior to their time at FindLaw, Andy worked at Thomson Reuters as a Manager of Technology, where they managed teams and oversaw the development and support of an identity and access management system. Andy also served as a Team Coach, providing performance feedback and coaching to their direct reports.

Before joining Thomson Reuters, Andy worked at The St. Paul Companies as a Sr. Technical Analyst, where they developed and supported a J2EE web portal and led a network inventory and audit tool development project.

Additionally, Andy had a brief stint at Crystal Care as an IT Consultant, where they worked on transforming business ideas into a marketable home healthcare software solution.

Andy Madigan received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Information Systems & Corporate Finance from Drake University between 1993 and 1997. During the same period, they also achieved a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Systems and Corporate Finance from Drake University.

In 2000, Andy Madigan enrolled at the University of St. Thomas and completed a Masters degree in Software Engineering by 2003.
