Anna Abilova

Anna Abilova is an experienced UX Researcher with a strong background in establishing and leading UX research functions across various organizations. Currently serving as a UX Researcher at Findmykids since October 2025, Anna previously held the position of Head of UX Research at Palta from December 2021 to September 2025, where comprehensive full-cycle research projects were conducted. Anna's career includes significant roles as a Senior UX Researcher at Flo Health Inc., the first to build the UX Research function, and as Lead UX Researcher at Facemetrics, gaining essential startup experience. Earlier positions included Senior UX Researcher at Wargaming.net, where statistical methods were leveraged for playtests, and roles in marketing analysis and purchasing at LBR Group. Anna holds a Master's degree in Economics from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and a Master's degree in Logistics from Belarusian National Technical University.
