Helen Jing

Helen Jing is an accomplished UX researcher with extensive experience in leading user experience research initiatives. Currently serving as a Staff UX Researcher at Kindred since October 2025, Helen was previously a Lead UX Researcher at Atlassian, where responsibilities included overseeing the UXR strategy for the Atlassian Teamwork Collection and managing research for Loom during its acquisition. Earlier roles at Loom involved significant contributions to core product and pricing research. Helen's career began at Opendoor, where research leadership spanned various products and methodologies. A Ph.D. in Psychology with a focus on Cognitive Neuroscience was earned at Harvard, where Helen authored twelve peer-reviewed manuscripts and received several teaching awards, further highlighting strong academic and research foundations.
