Luke Kiefer

Luke Kiefer has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Luke began their career as a Front Desk Staff/Climbing Team Instructor and Coach at Boulders Climbing Gym from June 2011 to September 2014. Luke then worked as a Landscaper at Madison's Finest Landscaping Company in June 2014.

In 2016, Luke joined J.H. Findorff & Son Inc. as a Project Engineer Intern for the summer months of May to August. Luke returned to the company the following year for another internship in the same role.

Luke continued their journey at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse from 2014 to 2017. During their time there, they were a Student Athlete from August 2014 to October 2017. Additionally, they were selected to participate in the CBA Integrated Core Program where they contributed to the success of a student consultant team through various projects, including the analysis of the fast food industry and evaluation of management strategies for Chipotle and Jack in the Box.

Luke's most recent work experience was at J.H. Findorff & Son Inc., where they held multiple positions. Luke started as a Project Engineer in June 2018 and worked in that role until February 2021. Luke then transitioned to Assistant Project Manager from February 2021 to January 2023. Currently, they serve as a Project Manager at the same company, a position they have held since January 2023.

Luke Kiefer completed their education from 2014 to 2018 at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. During this time, they pursued a degree in Management and Finance, focusing on the field of Management and Finance.
