Antonio Cocco has extensive experience in regulatory management and product development within the food industry. Currently serving as Regulatory Manager at Findus Group since January 2009, Antonio is responsible for ensuring product compliance with EU and Italian laws, overseeing technical management, and providing support in legal matters related to regulatory issues. Prior to this role, Antonio held various positions at Unilever, including Global Product and Process Manager and Development Global Ingredients Manager, where contributions were made to innovative production technologies and product development across multiple countries. Antonio began their career in quality management at Unilever and also worked as a laboratory assistant at Università degli Studi di Perugia, where a degree in Organic Chemistry was obtained.
