Andre Stern

Andre Stern has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Andre is currently employed as a Senior Software Engineer at FINEOS since February 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Software Engineer at Duco from March 2020 to February 2021. Andre also had a previous stint at FINEOS as a Senior Software Engineer from January 2018 to March 2020.

Before joining FINEOS, Andre worked as a Mid Java Developer at Infracommerce from October 2017 to December 2017. Prior to that, they were a Java Developer at Touch Tecnologia from February 2015 to October 2017. During their time at Touch Tecnologia, they were involved in the analysis and development of various Java web solutions, including an integration system for laboratory information systems, a clinical research system, and a medical records storage system.

In addition to their software engineering roles, Andre also has experience working as an Ambassador for Trinity College Dublin in Brazil. In this role, they represented the college online, answered student queries, and communicated with the International Office at Trinity. Andre also worked as an Intern Web Developer at Trinity College Dublin, where they were involved in the development of a tool for linked data assessment and improvement.

Andre Stern completed their education in computer science, earning a Bachelor's degree from Trinity College Dublin in 2014 and another Bachelor's degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie in 2016. Prior to that, they pursued Linguistics at USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Andre Stern has obtained certifications in Docker from Basic to Advanced from NobleProg in February 2021 and SAFe 4.0 Certified Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc. in February 2018.
