Bernadette O'Donnell

Bernadette O'Donnell began their work experience in 2000 as an AS/400 Operator at Gateway. Bernadette then worked as an IT Technician at ABN AMRO from 2001 to 2007. Following this, they served as a Desktop Support Analyst at APC from 2007 to 2010. O'Donnell then moved on to RCSI, where they worked as a Desktop Support Engineer from 2010 to 2013. Bernadette later joined Coca-Cola HBC as a Service Desk Technician from 2013 to 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as an IT System Administrator at Beauchamps. O'Donnell then joined Equifax, where they initially served as a Desktop Support Engineer from 2017 to 2019. Bernadette then held the role of Product Owner - PSPO Certified at Equifax from 2019 to 2023. Currently, they are working at FINEOS as a Product Owner.

Bernadette O'Donnell's education history includes a National Diploma in IT from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology, which they obtained from 1999 to 2000. Prior to that, they earned a National Certificate in IT from the Technology University of the Shannon, Athlone Campus from 1996 to 1998.

In addition to their formal education, Bernadette O'Donnell has also acquired various certifications.
