Breda Donlon has extensive work experience in various roles related to learning and development, organizational health, and training. Breda has been with FINEOS since 2007, initially as a Training Consultant and later progressing to roles such as Learning and Development Consultant, Organisational Health (OH)/ Learning and Development Business Partner, and currently as the Head of Organisational Learning and Development. In these roles, they have been responsible for leading the learning and development initiatives, implementing company-wide strategies, and managing the planning and execution of organizational health projects. Prior to FINEOS, Breda worked as a Training and Communications Specialist at Microsoft and as an International Editor at Yahoo!. Breda also gained experience as an Applications Training Specialist at Wyeth, where they actively participated in the deployment of various applications and provided training and coaching to employees.

Breda Donlon completed their education at the Limerick Institute of Technology from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a BSc. degree in Software Development (Hons). Prior to that, they attended Dunmore Community School from 1993 to 1998, but the information regarding their degree and field of study during that time is unknown.

In addition to their formal education, Breda Donlon has obtained several certifications. In 2003, they earned an EDI (JEB) Teaching Diploma in ICT from EDI (JEB). Following that, in 2006, they obtained a CIPD Learning and Development Practice certification from CIPD. Most recently, in January 2018, they completed an Accredited Diploma in Executive and Life Coaching from the Positive Success Group.
