Carol Mullen

Carol Mullen started their work experience in 2005 at AIB, where they held multiple roles. Carol began as a Senior Human Resources Specialist, responsible for leading a team of 35 HR professionals and overseeing various aspects of the employee lifecycle. Carol excelled in project management, change management, and provided people leadership and coaching. In November 2018, Carol became an HR Change Manager at AIB. Carol continued in this role until March 2020 when they joined FINEOS as an HR Operations Lead.

From 2000 to 2004, Carol Mullen attended Trinity College Dublin, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Studies degree with a focus on Human Resources Management and Marketing.
