Chekeetha Osborne has a strong background in IT and leadership roles. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Global Account Manager at InterCall, where they formulated sales strategies and managed relationships with clients. In 2015, they joined Safe-Guard Products as a Lead IT Application Support Analyst, overseeing a production support team and contributing to strategic planning. Chekeetha later became an IT Application Support Analyst, troubleshooting applications and monitoring performance. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at Assurant as a Systems Manager, leading a post-production support team and managing projects and vendor engagements. Currently, they are a Cloud Service Manager at FINEOS, providing technical knowledge, driving AWS Cloud architectures, and maximizing employee performance.

Chekeetha Osborne completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, which they attended from 1996 to 2000.

In addition to their formal education, Chekeetha Osborne has earned several certifications. In 2019, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance. In 2022, they obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Most recently, in July 2023, they earned the ITILv4 certification from PeopleCert.
