Eliana Saife has extensive experience in service delivery and management, spanning over 17 years. Eliana currently works as a Service Delivery Manager at FINEOS since May 2022. Prior to this, from 2017 to 2022, they served as Global Service Delivery Director at Kognitiv Corporation. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of service and support, including client solution delivery, service management, incident management, and change management.
