Joshua Martinez

Joshua Martinez has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Joshua is currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at FINEOS, where they are part of the business integration team and assists in integrating Limelight Health into FINEOS. Joshua is also responsible for managing and mentoring a team of 13 direct reports across 4 scrum teams.

In the past, Joshua was the Owner of 530Digital.com, specializing in WordPress website development and management services. Joshua provided full lifecycle web application development and automated social media postings.

Prior to that, they worked at Limelight Health as the Director of Software Engineering, leading the transition from Limelight Health to FINEOS. Joshua also served as the Software Engineering Manager, managing and scaling the engineering department and establishing a Software Engineering Center of Excellence. Additionally, they worked as a Software Engineer, developing microservices and implementing Docker for easier deployment.

Throughout their career, Joshua has utilized various technologies such as Mongo, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Express, AngularJS, Nest, and the MEAN stack.

Joshua Martinez attended Anderson Union High School from 1992 to 1995 but did not obtain a degree or focus on any specific field of study during that time. In 2001, they attended Heald College for a year, focusing on Computer Science. In terms of additional certifications, Joshua obtained the "End-to-End JavaScript Testing with Cypress.io" certification from LinkedIn in March 2021.
