Ric Hey

Ric Hey has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ric is currently the Director of Enterprise Sales at FINEOS since August 2020, following the acquisition of Limelight Health. In this role, they drive revenue growth by establishing strategic alliances and leveraging cutting-edge group benefits admin software.

Prior to that, Ric served as the Director of Enterprise Sales at Limelight Health from May 2019 to August 2020. Ric specialized in building long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the insurance industry and provided cloud-based solutions to improve business processes and drive revenue growth.

From 2017 to 2019, Ric worked as a Sales Director at Phynd Technologies, Inc., selling provider data management solutions to health systems. Ric successfully executed regional sales plans in the assigned territory.

As the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at MDfit by Axixe from 2015 to 2017, Ric led the sales and marketing efforts of a start-up, focusing on large patient access call centers in academic medical institutions. Ric also trained and hired a sales team.

Ric held the position of Vice President of Sales at StaffPhysicianRecruiter.com from 2012 to 2015, where they implemented marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue. Ric delivered daily sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of the company's services.

Ric began their career as a Golf Professional and Director of Onboard Golf Operations at Nike from 2005 to 2010. Ric developed marketing strategies and established partnerships with local country clubs to increase sales. Ric also improved operational systems and performance measurements.

Prior to their role at Nike, Ric worked as an Assistant at Harbour Town Golf Links from 2004 to 2005.

Ric Hey obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Butler County Community College. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Golf Professional from the PGA of America in September 2003.
