Santhosh Goud Nagunuri

Santhosh Goud Nagunuri has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Santhosh Goud currently works at FINEOS as a Cloud Operations Manager APAC since December 2020. Prior to that, they were a Senior Technical Manager at HCL Technologies from June 2017 to November 2020. Before joining HCL Technologies, Santhosh worked at Infosys as an ITSM Consultant from August 2011 to June 2017. Santhosh Goud'searlier experience includes working at IBM as a Commanding Officer from September 2007 to August 2011, where they were responsible for effective incident management and driving issue resolution. Santhosh also worked at Dell as an Online Store Specialist from May 2003 to July 2007, where they focused on analyzing customer behavior and improving the design of the online store.

Santhosh Goud Nagunuri holds a Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) degree from Kakatiya University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications such as ITIL v3 Foundation from APMG International in November 2010 and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in August 2019.
