Craig Norton worked at FINE+RARE from 2011 to 2019. Craig started as a Private Client Account Manager, where they managed accounts for high net worth individuals and helped them build their fine wine collections. Craig then became a Private Client Sales Manager, overseeing the development of new team members and managing their own group of accounts. Later, they became the Head of Sales, where their main focus was on the development and recruitment of the sales team, as well as meeting growth targets. In 2019, Craig Norton became the Managing Director for FINE+RARE UK and Ireland, responsible for achieving growth targets and managing company finances. Prior to FINE+RARE, they worked as a Senior Assistant Manager at Majestic Wine, where they were responsible for running a high-turnover store and managing a team of staff.
Craig Norton attended Kirkcudbright Academy in Scotland from 1998 to 2004, where they completed their high school education. In 2004, they enrolled at the University of Strathclyde and graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business & Marketing, achieving a 2:1 Honours. Craig further pursued executive leadership education in 2019 at the London Business School, completing their Essentials of Leadership program. Additionally, from 2009 to 2011, Craig obtained a Level 4 Diploma in Wine & Spirits from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
