Adam W. Rathbun

Adam W. Rathbun is the current Vice President for Administration and Finance at Finger Lakes Community College. Adam has held this position since July 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Finance and Business at Penn State University from August 2015 to June 2021. In that role, they were the senior business and financial officer of the campus, providing strategic and tactical leadership on matters related to campus operations, facility operations and finance. Before that, Rathbun served as the Borough Manager / Treasurer for Beaver, PA from January 2014 to August 2015. In that role, they oversaw all departments and carried out all policies and services enacted by council while also serving as the Treasurer and Secretary responsible for all financial and administrative matters for the borough. Adam has also worked for the Borough of Beaver, PA as their Vice President for Administration and Finance from July 2021 to August 2022.
