Msha Sheila Niles

Sheila Niles, MSHA, is an experienced Medical Technologist currently working per diem at Finger Lakes Health since July 2021, maintaining clinical knowledge as a generalist. With a career spanning several roles, Sheila served as an Applications Consultant for Werfen from June 2019 to April 2023 and as Laboratory Supervisor at Schuyler Hospital from October 2018 to June 2019. Sheila's journey in the medical field began at Finger Lakes Health, where from June 2004 to October 2018, several positions were held, including Medical Laboratory Technologist and Phlebotomist. Sheila's education includes a Master of Science in Health Care Administration from Roberts Wesleyan University, a Medical Technology Certification from Rochester General Hospital School of Medical Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science from Keuka College.
